RETURN POLICY
Kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item. The return items must reach us within 14 days from the date of Confirmation Email.
The following conditions apply:-
1. Please note that we will deduct a 20% restocking fees for return items.
Example:Purchase Item RM89.90 – RM 18 (20 % restocking fees) = RM71.90 (Money back)
2. Return items must be in Complete/Original Packing. Items returned Stained, Washed, or Used will NOT be eligible for return.
3. Delivery charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
4. Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borned by the customer.
